李辉 讲座教授

     李辉, 讲座教授,国家“千人计划”专家,于2015年10月加入南方科技大学材料科学与工程系。教授于1987年和1990年分别获清华大学化学工程学士学位和硕士学位,2006年获加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(UBC)的电化学工程博士学位。2006年4月~2007年4月在加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(UBC)清洁能源中心进行博士后研究工作。

    从2007年加入加拿大国家研究院燃料电池创新研究所,先后担任多项重要国家研究项目及国际合作项目的技术负责人,包括与美国能源部(US DOE)的合作项目,与德国国家航空研究中心(DRL)的合作项目,以及和处于世界领先地位的燃料电池公司(Ballard, Hydrogenics, AFCC, MBFC)的工业合作项目。在氢气质子交换膜燃料电池的设计、诊断和耐久性研究方面进行了深入的开拓性的研究,掌握了世界领先的燃料电池核心技术,开发出了独特的燃料电池系统的设计,发明了一系列有关燃料电池的测试诊断工具,深入研究了燃料电池性能衰减的机理和提高耐久性的方法,发表了许多有关燃料电池的优秀论文和专著,赢得了燃料电池国际专家的荣誉,曾经多次被同行国际专家邀请为他们的著作撰写章节。

     3.氢气储存技术和材料,包括高压储氢,金属氢化物、多孔材料及有机物等储氢

国家千人计划王海江、李辉教授招收博士后、博士及科研助理

 

团队导师介绍:

王海江、李辉教授是201510月全职加入南方科技大学的国际知名燃料电池专家,中组部千人计划入选者。王海江教授于1993年获得丹麦哥本哈根大学电化学博士学位,曾在世界著名燃料电池公司-巴拉德动力公司任高级研究员, 并在加拿大国家研究院燃料电池创新研究所担任首席科学家、项目经理、团队领导和多所大学兼职教授,在电化学尤其是燃料电池方面共发表180篇论文,4本专著和11个章节,数十个工业报告并发明5项专利。所发表文章被引用12000次,H因子46,单篇引用超过1100次,20142015年分别入选汤姆逊-路透社“The World’s Most Influential Scientific Minds”名录。李辉教授于1987年和1990年分别获清华大学化学工程学士学位和硕士学位;并于2006获加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(UBC)电化学工程博士学位;加入南方科技大学之前在加拿大国家研究院燃料电池创新研究所担任高级研究员,并为智能电网储能项目等多个重大科技攻关项目的负责人。李辉教授还曾担任国际ISO/WG14 组的成员, 参与质子交换膜氢气燃料电池的氢气和空气标准制定。

本团队主要目标是建设国内一流的技术队伍和科研平台,集中力量攻关氢燃料电池、氢气制备和储氢等氢能关键技术,成为中国、亚洲乃至世界领先的氢能源技术研究中心,培养一批氢能领域尤其是燃料电池领域的专业人才,因此特招聘相关背景的博士生及博士后。

研究领域:

1. 电化学能源与储能:各种电化学电池或燃料电池

2.氢气制备:电解水制氢、光催化分解水制氢、光电分解水制氢等

3.氢气储存: 高压储氢、金属氢化物、化学氢化物、有机介质、碳管等储氢材料和技术;

 

博士后岗位要求:

1.已获得博士学位或已取得被授予博士学位的资格;

2.有较强的英语阅读能力和英语写作能力;

3.应聘者应具有较强的理论与相应专业背景 

4.博士期间在国际知名期刊发表SCI索引论文3篇以上。

博士后岗位待遇:

1. 校长卓越博士后计划: 年薪30万元,其中市财政生活补贴12万元/年(免税),在相关专业领域已取得突出学术成绩和科研成果的优秀博士可以申请,导师将积极帮助推荐。

2. 未能入选校长卓越博士后计划的博士后年薪22万元起,最高可达30万元(具体待遇视个人资历和能力面议),其中含深圳市12万的高额免税补贴;组内经费充裕、科研气氛良好、设备先进齐全,并提供良好的办公、住宿和科研条件。

3. 市政府对出站后留深工作者给予10万元科研启动经费(可算做个人奖励);
