徐保民 讲座教授

徐保民讲座教授:1986年获清华大学材料科学学士学位;1991年获中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所材料科学博士学位;1994-1996年在美国宾州州立大学材料研究所博士后学习,之后任材料研究所研究助理教授。2000年11月至2014年7月在美国施乐公司PARC研究中心 (Xerox Palo Alto Research Center) 担任高级研究员,项目经理。现为南方科技大学材料科学与工程系讲座教授、国家第九批“千人计划”入选专家。徐保民教授拥有完整的在美国顶尖大学和国际一流工业研究中心的领导和管理经验,并致力于有产业化前景的基础研究。他已发表论文60余篇,获授权美国发明专利31项,其中23项专利为第一或唯一发明人,3项专利被施乐公司授予最佳专利奖,还担任APL, JAP, IEEE-UFFC, JACerS等国际著名杂志的长期审稿人。

研究领域: 

       太阳能电池材料和器件的研究:包括新型钙钛矿太阳能电池的性能改进、稳定性以及低成本卷到卷

       制备技术;太阳能全光谱发电技术,太阳能光谱的精确分光和聚光,光伏发电和光热发电的协同和

       集成;高效率晶硅太阳能电池的低成本制备技术。

       化学能源材料和器件的新型制备技术:主要是研究可充电电池和超级电容器的连续全印刷制备,以

       使这些可充电能源器件能够直接嵌入微芯片和可穿戴电子产品等,克服可充电能源器件与应用系统

       集成的瓶颈。

       新型电解质材料和中低温碳基燃料电池的研究:研究以离子液体为基的新型的电解质材料,包括材

       料离子导电率的提高,较高温度下的稳定性和材料电性能等,并在此基础上开发新型的中低温碳基

       燃料电池。

       能源材料的基础研究与器件模拟:利用现代分析手段和原子层沉积等先进材料制备手段,研究各种

     “载能子”(电子,空穴,正负离子,光子等)在原子和纳米层级上的产生,分离,传输和复合的

       机理研究;利用计算机软件包对能源器件进行有限元模拟和设计。

博士后岗位待遇:

1.在相关专业领域已取得突出的学术成绩和科研成果的优秀博士将能够申请南科大设立的校长卓越博士后计划:年薪为30万元整,其中市财政生活补贴12万元/年(免税);对于资质优异的博士,导师将积极帮助推荐。

2. 未能入选校长卓越博士后计划的博士后年薪最低为22万元起,最高同样可达30万元(具体待遇视个人资历和能力面议),其中含有深圳市12万元整的高额免税补贴;组内经费充裕、科研气氛极好、设备先进齐全,并提供良好的办公、住宿和科研条件。

  1. 太阳能电池材料和器件的研究:包括新型钙钛矿太阳能电池的性能改进、稳定性以及低成本卷到卷制备技术;太阳能全光谱发电技术,太阳能光谱的精确分光和聚光,光伏发电和光热发电的协同和集成;高效率晶硅太阳能电池的低成本制备技术。

  2. 化学能源材料和器件的新型制备技术:主要是研究可充电电池和超级电容器的连续全印刷制备,以使这些可充电能源器件能够直接嵌入微芯片和可穿戴电子产品等,克服可充电能源器件与应用系统集成的瓶颈。

  3. 新型电解质材料和中低温碳基燃料电池的研究:研究以离子液体为基的新型的电解质材料,包括材料离子导电率的提高,较高温度下的稳定性和材料电性能等,并在此基础上开发新型的中低温碳基燃料电池。

  4. 能源材料的基础研究与器件模拟:利用现代分析手段和原子层沉积等先进材料制备手段,研究各种“载能子”(电子,空穴,正负离子,光子等)在原子和纳米层级上的产生,分离,传输和复合的机理研究;利用计算机软件包对能源器件进行有限元模拟和设计。
