Xugang Guo A/Prof.

In recent five years, Xugang Guo has published about 30 high-quality papers. More than 20 papers have been published as first and corresponding author, including 1 Chem Rev. (impact factor: 46.568) as first and corresponding author, 1 Nature Photonics (impact factor: 32.386) as first author, 6 JACS (impact factor: 12.113) as first and corresponding author, 1 Adv Mater (impact factor: 17.493) as first author, 1 Adv Mater (impact factor: 17.493) as corresponding author. Many papers were published on the cover and widely reported by domestic and foreign media. All the papers were cited more than 1900 times and there were 9 papers cited more than 100 times. Xugang Guo has applied for 3 international patents and gained one authorization and one achievement transformation. Many presses and magazines including Chem. Rev. invited him to write reviews and monographs. Xugang Guo has been invited to report in international and domestic  famous conferences and research institutions for more than 20 times. His research project funding is nearly 20 million.

Research Interests:

High-performance electronics and circuits with low-temperature solution processibility. His research interests include: chemical synthesisprocessing and integration of novel semiconductor and dielectric materials (organic, inorganic, hybrid) ; interface (insulator / semiconductor, conductor / semiconductor) modification; device preparation and optimization.
